WOW, this MasterCraft store did it right. From the displays to the staff I haven’t seen better. I stopped in to waste some time and man I could have taken half the store home with me. From the second I walked in you can tell the professionals there are doing the right thing. I was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. I looked around at what’s new to see how the industry has changed over the years. From ski to surf boats and all the toys and accessories, they have it all. Just woke up from an afternoon nap on the water in a tidy cove on HTR, remembering all Jarrett  shared about the reclining comfort of the X24, but what I was really thinking (about 50,000-times since my purchase a couple weeks ago...): why did I wait so long to buy my first boat! MasterCraft was the 4th boat manufacturer that I visited within the week and the difference was immediate:  MasterCrafts are built by boaters first, to be great boats...  All the rest is icing. Jarrett slowed down my enthusiasm to get a boat before summer ended and school started with the kids.  He urged me to get on the water with all the demos I scheduled, and to put a list of what I wanted/liked/disliked/needed/didn't need.  Jarrett listened to what we were focused on, our personalities, our family's "fit" and did his best to match his inventory to his vision of "us".  What I thought I wanted, instinctively he guided us towards the direction that would not only make us happy, but fit our needs/wants/likes better than other models we were looking at ourselves! Then he did the ultimate:  backed-it-up by taking us on the water for multiple demos, in very bad weather to start them off.  He brought the boats that he thought would fit us and the one we wanted to buy.  The one we bought was the one he was right about from the beginning!!  That's Jarrett: understanding, thoughtful, *very* knowledgable and experienced in the nuance that it takes to get this right for our family. Thank You MasterCraft - (excellent craftsmanship in our boat) - & THANK YOU JARRETT for being you:  professional, thoughtful, guiding, mentoring and supportive throughout and after we purchased!! We are somewhat new to boating but were referred to MC by a friend. We worked with Peter who was professional, patient, and knowledgeable without being pushy. (MCs really sell themselves...) He took us out for our orientation to make sure we really understood everything. In fact, the entire sales and service staff at MC is fantastic, and the level of service is certainly one of the reasons we chose Mastercraft. Don't wait...let 'er rip!
